1. Our promise
If ResetNook Ultimate is not right for you, you have 14 days from purchase to ask for a full refund.
No conditions, no justification, even if you already downloaded your PDFs. You should never pay for something that does not help you.
2. How to ask
Open the contact form below, or Support inside the app, choose Billing, and include the email address used at purchase.
Telling us why is optional, but it helps us improve. Our reply and confirmation go to that email address.
3. Timelines
We confirm your request within 3 business days.
The refund then goes out via Stripe to your original payment method and usually appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. What happens next
Once the refund is issued, access to ResetNook Ultimate, the personalized plan, downloads, and guided resets is deactivated.
5. Abuse limit
The guarantee exists to protect your trust, not to fund purchase-refund loops.
We may decline clearly repeated abuse, such as re-buying after several refunds.
