1. Who we are
ResetNook is a tidying-planning tool built for ADHD brains, operated by Dialoy, Canada.

2. What we collect
We collect only what the service needs: your email for one-time-code sign-in, your Ultimate quiz answers, your reset history, purchase status, billing email, payment transaction IDs, support messages, first-party product analytics, and browser push subscription if you turn notifications on.
Your card number never reaches or gets stored on our servers.
3. How we use it
We use your data to generate your personalized plan, deliver purchases, send essential emails, and answer support.
We never sell your data and show no ads.
4. Our processors
OpenAI receives your quiz answers to generate your Ultimate plan. Via its API, OpenAI does not train models on this data, and API inputs and outputs are automatically deleted after 30 days unless legal obligations require retention.
Stripe processes payments. Maileroo sends transactional emails. Each receives only what its job requires.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, theme and language preferences, and browser local storage to remember selected rooms during a free reset.
No ad cookies and no third-party trackers.
6. Retention
Your account and plans are kept while your account is active. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
On request, we delete your account and data within 30 days, except where legal obligations require retention.
7. Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA and, if you are in the EU, the GDPR, you can access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, and request a portable copy of your data.

8. Security
We use encrypted connections, least-privilege data access, passwordless sign-in, and payments isolated at Stripe.
9. Children
ResetNook is not directed at people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated. For material changes, we email you.
